HARC Clothing Order 2026
Fellow HARC Members:
Linked below are the order forms for the club clothing items being offered for 2026. The clothing line has been increased to a total of five (5) different items with a full range of available colours, compared to last year’s single black golf shirt offering. All items will include our HARC logo embroidered on your left side of the clothing. For the hat, the HARC logo will be positioned on the front of the cap, with the option to have your call sign embroidered on either the back of the cap or on the left side, for an additional fee. When picking your preferred colour of clothing item, you should keep in mind the colours of our club logo and how it will appear on the colour of garment you choose. For example, the predominate colour of red on our logo would likely not show up very well on a red shirt. Needless to say, it’s your choice, but something to keep in mind.
In addition to the clothing, we are also offering the option to purchase a HARC name badge which will include our club logo, your callsign and name; all on a brushed aluminum plate (3″ x 1″) with a
magnetic style holder.
If you’d like to submit an order for any of the offered items, just open the desired form attached to this email, complete the required information, save the completed form to your computer, then create an email and attached the completed form to the email. Completed order forms are to be emailed to treasurer@hamiltonarc.com Full payment is required when submitting your form. Preferred payment method is by e-transfer to treasurer@hamiltonarc.com although cash (exact change) or cheque will be accepted.
For anyone who is not able to complete the form online and email it, I will have printed copies with me at our meetings, so you can manually fill out the paper form and return it to me. Please note that for any members unable to pick up their ordered clothing items in person and requiring the items to be mailed/shipped; the individual is responsible for covering all shipping costs.
Also please note that in order to complete the production of the clothing in a timely manner, I am asking that all orders be provided to me by no later than April 30th. My hope is to have all clothing items in my hands from the manufacturer, ready for distribution to our club members by mid-May.
Any orders I receive after April 30th will be delayed considerably, as we need to have at least 12 clothing items lined up to be processed before the company will proceed with the embroidering.
