HARC Hamfest – October 3, 2026
The HARC Hamfest is held each year on the weekend following Thanksgiving. The HARC Hamfest is our large annual indoor event and a highlight of the local amateur radio community in the region. Featuring a wide range of vendors, and community organizations, this event draws attendees from across Ontario and beyond.
In addition to equipment and parts, the HARC Hamfest offers opportunities to learn, network with fellow hams, and engage with the broader amateur radio community. Whether you’re looking to upgrade your station or simply connect with others, this is an event you won’t want to miss.
Admission
General public event opens at 9:00am. General public will not be admitted earlier.
General Admission – $10
Admission for HARC Club Members is FREE!
Want to be a Vendor?
Vendor sign up will officially begin in June. Check back for more information.
Vendor spaces are $20 for the first table and $15 for each additional table and include admission for one person.
Please contact hamfest@hamiltonarc.com to reserve a table (Peter VE3XLQ and Barry VE3ISX).
Pre-payment for your table is required and can be made via Interac E-Transfer (preferred method, to treasurer@hamiltonarc.com), or by cheque mailed to our club mailbox. Payment in cash can be made at the door on a prearranged basis.
If you are paying by E-Transfer, a password is no longer required for the transfer, please remember to put your name in the description so we can match the payment to the order.
