The Hamilton Amateur Radio Club’s 2026 Annual and Special Meeting of Members will be held on Thursday, October 22, 2026 at 7:30 PM at St. Paul’s United Church, 42 Tragina Ave N, Hamilton.

Members may attend in person or electronically via Microsoft Teams.

This is an important meeting for the Club. Members will receive the Chair’s and Treasurer’s reports, review the Club’s financial statements, consider an extraordinary resolution regarding the audit and review engagement requirements, and vote on the proposed slate of Directors for the coming year.

We’ll also be holding our draw for a free 2027/2028 HARC membership!

Meeting materials, including the agenda, financial statements, proposed extraordinary resolution, proposed slate of Directors and proxy form, have been distributed to members in advance of the meeting.

Unable to attend? Members may appoint a proxy in accordance with the instructions on the proxy form. Completed proxies must be received by the Club Secretary by 6:00 PM on Tuesday, October 20, 2026. 2026 AGM Proxy
